Vlastnost resize specifikuje jestli a jak bude element roztahován od uživatele
resize hodnoty:
- none - defaultní hodnota - uživatel nemůže roztahovat element
- both - uživatel může roztahovat šířku a výšku
- horizontal - uživatel může roztahovat šířku
- vertical - uživatel může roztahovat výšku
